Dream Stay Apartments was established in 2018, built on more than ten years of industry expertise and a commitment to offering a higher standard of guest experience.

We operate around 120 rental apartments across Tallinn, supported by a dedicated 15-person team working daily behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Our mission & values

Our mission is to simplify short-term stays by providing fully equipped apartments in Tallinn’s most popular areas without compromising quality, and with both business and holiday travellers in mind.
Our aim is to deliver a stress-free hospitality experience by consistently incorporating guest feedback and continuously searching for ways to improve our services.
We believe a great stay begins with a clean and inviting space. Hence we have a team of qualified cleaners who are led by a Quality and Human Resource Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the field.

Guest Experience

We’re proud to have earned an 8.6 average rating on Booking.com from 3,000+ guests and a 4.8 rating on Airbnb, where we continue to hold Superhost status.
At the heart of our service is communication – a principle we rely on to support our guests through every aspect of their stay, both positive experiences and unexpected issues.
Our hospitality team is dedicated to assisting guests currently staying with us or arriving within the next 24–48 hours. Our team is available daily, including weekends, from 10.00 to 22.00. For bookings or inquiries beyond that timeframe, our Reservations Department will be happy to assist.

Always Improving

Beyond day-to-day operations, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our internal processes and adopt new technologies that help us stay ahead of the competition and lead in our sector.
One of our latest initiatives includes introducing QR codes in our apartments, providing guests with easy access to instructions for amenities and helpful information — making each stay even more convenient and hassle-free.
